What to expect after you have submitted your online application

1. A Loan Officer will immediately assess your application and credit report and electronic bank statements and contact you with an initial assessment and a request for income verification.
2. If approved your loan documents will be emailed to you for your review and signature.
3. Once the signed documents are returned to the loan officer, your loan will be funded directly to your checking account which in many cases can occur same day as we receive your electronically signed documents.
